Me-Therapy’s Offices

Therapy is right for anyone interested in pursuing their best and brightest life. It can help you elevate your relationships and increase your self-awareness and feelings of empowerment.

Many people come to therapy to work on personal exploration and personal growth. A therapist can provide insight, support, and different strategies for most aspects of your life. They can help you enhance what is working, and also help you get through the rougher patches.

Therapy is right for anyone who wants healing and wholeness, in their life and relationships.

There are many reasons why people come to therapy. Sometimes it is to deal with long-standing feelings of anxiety or depression.
Other times it’s in response to unexpected changes in one’s life such as a divorce or work transition (or a pandemic!).

Some of the many reasons people come to us are:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • relationship troubles
  • unresolved childhood issues
  • grief and loss
  • stress management
  • body image issues
  • creative blocks
  • traumatic events

Many people find that a counselor can be a tremendous asset to helping their personal growth, improving interpersonal relationships, resolving family concerns, confronting marital issues, and even finding peace from the stress of daily life.

As your therapist I can provide a fresh perspective on a difficult problem. The benefits of therapy always depend on how well you use the process and put into practice what you learn.

Especially right now, in our very uncertain and chaotic times, it is the perfect time to seek support from a trained therapist.

There are so many things that might be standing in the way of you being all you can be, as well as having your most connected, loving relationships. I can help you identify and clear out the things that are holding you back.

This might be past trauma or learning to ride the current waves of uncertainty in our world (COVID). Whatever your challenge is I can help you learn to deal with it differently. I can help you reach your highest potential and uncover your brilliance, as well as offering support, new coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
