Investing in This Work

Sessions are 50 minutes. I hold that time with care, starting and ending on schedule, so the space stays predictable and respectful of your time, every session.

Therapy Sessions: $200

This is private-pay work, which means it’s just the two of us shaping what we do together. I don’t accept insurance, and I don’t work from a diagnosis-driven model. No one in an office somewhere else, reading a chart, applying a set of criteria, decides what you need or how long you’re allowed to need it. That decision stays here, between us, built around your actual life.

I know that talking about money can feel awkward, even vulnerable. If cost is part of what’s giving you pause, that’s worth naming too, including on a discovery call.

Let’s start with a conversation.

A 15-minute discovery call is a chance to ask questions, get a felt sense of whether this is the right fit, and take one small step, without any pressure to commit.
