I believe that care and acceptance are vitally important to helping you live the life that you desire.

My priority as a therapist is creating a safe and comfortable space where you can come exactly as you are and experience acceptance, support, and care for your whole self. Within this space, we will explore what you feel is holding you back without judgement. Then we will work together to build practices and resources to support you on your journey toward your most fulfilling life.

You matter

What feels important to you becomes important to me as we work together to help you move through the world as your most authentic and complete self.

I welcome and celebrate all bodies, gender and sexual expressions, spiritual backgrounds, and relationship expressions.

I believe you already have everything within you that you need to be successful in living your life fully. I can see your potential even when you may not be able to see it. You can expect me to show up as my genuine self and I hope you’ll do the same so that we can be great partners in this work together.

I believe in a holistic approach

You are more than just your body, your role in life, or your current struggles. You are a whole person who deserves to be cared for and treated as such. Life and relationships are complex and so are you as a person. In our work together, we’ll consider how important parts of you like your mind, body, spirit, sexual health, relationships and life experiences can contribute to your overall health and well-being.

I believe that experiencing genuine connection is an important part of your well-being

Feeling loved and accepted, and experiencing belonging are universal human needs. Relationships can provide spaces for experiencing these important aspects of connection as well as transformational personal growth. Relationships can also be a source of pain when trust is broken, you feel unimportant, or the same fights play out again and again despite your best efforts. Together, we’ll look at key aspects of your relationships to support your creating meaningful and fulfilling connections with yourself, others, and the world around you.
